Enterprise AX starts with governance

AX Data & App Management System

One framework for your data showroom, Docenty Agents, and the apps your teams build themselves. Permissions and audit are checked before the connection, not after it.

Data connections

Make internal data and know-how usable by AI — managed as enterprise assets.

Approved data and APIs connect to Docenty Agents, AI apps, and business workflows under the same policy. Recording which asset is used where is what makes AX adoption safe.

  1. Only approved data and APIs are used for AI connections

  2. Record each app's data purpose and connection targets

  3. Separate access by team, department, and external user

  4. Approval, audit, and monitoring as the default operating model

Access & auth

Permissions for AI apps and Docenty Agents live in one shared policy layer.

The faster the business builds apps with AI, the more authentication and permissions need a clear shared layer. Docenty VibeOps creates the operating checkpoint where policy, approval, and access scope are verified before any data connection or execution.

  • SSO and organization permissions
  • Approved Docenty Agents connections
  • API access and change auditing
  • Limits on sensitive data sharing

Where data lives

“Can our code and data sit with Docenty?” Choose what fits your rules.

The data your apps use can stay in your own database — VibeOps only connects to it. What comes up to Docenty is the app code, and Docenty operators enter your workspace only for the time your admin approves.

  • Docenty cloud

Docenty runs it. Docenty staff reach your workspace only with an admin’s approval and a time limit, and everything they do is listed on your screen.

Teams that want to start now

  • Your own database

Enter a PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or Redis address; VibeOps checks it really connects and attaches it to the app. The data doesn’t move to Docenty. The address has to be reachable from the internet.

Departments that can’t keep data outside

  • On your own servers

Installing VibeOps on your servers or cloud account is arranged with you in a sales consultation.

    Air-gapped, finance, public sector

Material for your security review is provided in the consultation. Talk to us

FAQ

What people ask before they start

Can people who aren’t developers upload apps?

Drag in the folder they built with an AI coding tool. If a setting is missing or something needs changing, VibeOps asks before uploading, and deploys after the security check.

What about tools made with Excel macros or PowerShell?

VibeOps deploys web apps that open in a browser. Programs that run on a PC aren’t deployed as they are — ask your AI coding tool to turn it into a web app and upload that.

Can we go back to an earlier version if something breaks?

Every successful deploy gets a version number, and you can go back to any of them, or compare the files that changed between two. Team leads roll back live apps.

Do people sign in with company accounts?

Yes — company accounts on Google Workspace or OIDC. You can also set rules that assign the department and role by email on first sign-in.

Can we see who uploaded or changed what?

Team leads and department heads see deploys, sharing and environment variable changes by day on the My team screen. People being supervised see their own record too.
